Tick Test
If you would like to have a tick tested, we are happy to send you a Tick PCR Kit free of charge.
How to order your Tick Analysis at ArminLabs PreAnalytics:
- Remove the tick carefully and, if possible, completely. Please use a tick sling or tick tong. Under no circumstances cover the tick with glue, oil or the like before removal. The faster the tick is removed, the less likely it is to transmit tick-borne infections.
- Pack the live/dead tick into the enclosed small pressure seal bag. Please make sure that the pressure seal bag is properly sealed!
- Fill out the attached order form and sign it.
- Place the closed pressure seal bag, as well as this lab order form, in an envelope and stamp it adequately.
- A few days after the arrival of the tick in our laboratory, you will receive a detailed report by e-mail or mail. If you have any questions about the findings, please contact your family doctor
